Do These Spark Plugs Look Healthy?

As in the title, I removed these spark plugs today and wasn't sure if their condition was significant, i.e. just worn etc? One of them seems worse than the others. They were removed from a 6 cylinder 2.8 V6 engine.

Some pics in focus would be good lol. Generally a brownish colour is what your looking for, white means running lean, black means running rich.

Not nessacarly. This was true for cars running on leaded fuel and it has stuck. For cars running on unleaded it is harder to tell how the A/F mixture is by just looking at the spark plugs. A lambda sensor is the most accurate way

They look a bit oily to me in which case your rings/bores are probably worn. Hard to tell being out of focus. If they're not and you're concerned about the mixture get it set up on a gas analyser by your local garage. Won't cost much.
