lee-bg 0 Posted June 7, 2008 (edited) Hi guys, I am in front of big dilema )) Whether to put a CatCam CAMs on my Mi16 the 'road use' version or an LSD differential Quaife Budget allows only one of them so i would be happy if you can give some advice. Car runs well enough with current 'default' Mi16 engine and also i am happy how it drive/handles on road but i have some budget and want to improve either of the two....so which do you think may be better ? Car is driven for fun and mainly out of the city 70% highway, 30% other roads. Speeds between 140 - 180 km.h Edited June 7, 2008 by lee-bg
petert 588 Posted June 8, 2008 Definitely the Quaife. Think of it as insurance as well, in case your sun gears go bang and destroy the gearbox casing.
lee-bg 0 Posted June 8, 2008 Thanks for the info. And that also means i can put your Cam if i can ship it. along with quaife. The perfect happy end
James_R 3 Posted June 9, 2008 I would say an upgraded diff before power aswell, not kean on the Quaife units, but for road use they're ok.
