Are These Panels Replaceable Separatly?

Recommended Posts

Tommer

Hey Guys,

me again, Having stripped most of the car inside and out, I discovered that its had a nice smack on the passenger side, I want to now if These panels can be replaced individually (side by side) or if they have to be replaced as one like the whole front of the car...

again, any help appreciated, I can't find the answer anywhere!

cheers!

I think you can get the panels seperately from peugeot for silly money, my local panel place does the whole front panel for £51 so your best bet is probably to get the whole front as one panel.

EDIT: peugeot part numbers.

LH panel 7113 51

RH panel 7114 52

Prices to follow, servicebox is being ghey

Neat Autos sell the individual panels. <£20 per side. As long as you don't mind waiting, as delivery times from them can be somewhat random.

The panel's are quite cheap from Pug and won;t rust away as quickly as the pattern parts and will fit, I always say it's worth spending the extra on these as you'll save on labour time

I agree. I've seen rusty pattern wings and then looked closely and seen they were only painted on the outside, the inside was untouched so it was no surprise they had dissolved in less than two years.

I think I'll see how much they are from Pug....

do you know if the Pug ones are galvanised?

my car came with a spare wing which I fitted, its a pattern part and is already rusty, think I might get a pug one if they are galvanised...

Pug wings are galvanised. Not sure on those front panels though as if they were, then the shouldn't rust. Likewise with inner wings.

Thanks

205 gti wings where about £99 last time i asked but this was in 2005 so i bet they have put the price up, you could try to get them off a scrapper but they bonded the wings on the 205 so they are real tough to get off.

Right I managed to get some prices eventually.

FRONT PANELS (behind the headlights):

LH panel 7113 51 £63.94

RH panel 7114 52 £64.07

Whole front panel is £51 from my local panel place so I will be getting mine there not from pug!

WINGS (outer):

7840 73 £91.42 each

INNER WINGS:

7121 82 £43.40

I think I will go and add this to the pinned thread of part numbers!
