yeh saw that but seems nothings happening with it.what material is used?is it rolled and cut sheet steel?

just measure the hole, then buy a sheet of 1.5mm ali from a local engineering shop / metal works or where ever you can get it. Then offer it up and cut the curve with a jig saw, file it down for the final finish, as its ali its very easy to file down to shape.

I've used 1.6mm ali for mine. I couldn't think of any reason why you would use steel instead!

I use galvanised steel sheet because there are issues with dissimilar metals corroding in the long term.
