What Are Ppls Opinions On The Solid Metal Lower Engine Mount

What are ppls opinions on the solid metal lower engine mount in place of standard rubber or solid items?

 

(I believe htere wioll still be a small amount of rubber at the lower engine mounting point a the fork attaches to the subframe, so it wont be all locked up solidly..)
