welshpug 1,657 Posted May 15, 2008 dont bother with the TU, fit an Mi16 or a gti6.
mechsmurf 0 Posted May 15, 2008 already got this engine ready to go in though
Jrod 7 Posted May 15, 2008 Sell it or forever be replacing gearboxes.
mechsmurf 0 Posted May 15, 2008 can you not use the gti box or the original vts box or would i have to use a xs box
welshpug 1,657 Posted May 15, 2008 they're all crap! go for an XU engine so you can use a stronger BE gearbox, or spend loads on a BE4 conversion. you'll spend loads on the TU engine just to get it to the same power level as a standard Mi16, and youll be far short of the torque that a healthy gti6 will push out. Casanova 0 Posted May 27, 2008 As above, yes it will fit (with a lot of work) - but no its not worth doing. §
