Will This Inlet Manifold Fit My Head

Hi,

 

I am in beginning stages of of manufacturing my inlet manifold, when I came across this one that is being sold:

I guess this is a 1.3 rallye manifold, but the spacing on the head side looks similar to the xu heads.

Do you now if it is possible to fit this manifold on a XU head?

That's the TU24 manifold, unless I'm very much mishapen.

 

Fitting that onto an XU head would be as much work as making one from scratch pretty much!
