Please Help, How To Cure The Power Assist Steering Belt Squeal Problem

Dear all please help. I have my 205Mi retro fitted power assist steering a few years ago, but it squeal very often and now getting worse. Changing to new belt doesn't help much. Has anyone experience this before and how do you solve it? Since their were only a very very few 405Mi in Hong Kong (all gone now) and 2 205Mi in here only mine has PAS fitted, so not much assistance I can get.

 

My mechanic told me the 405Mi also has the same problem but no solution at that time. He told me if I can find a wider in width belt (from 10mm increased to around 13mm), it will sit in the pulleys tighter and stop squealing. Currently is running 10mm x 530mm(internal length), if this method works where can I source a 13mm x 530mm belt from the internet?
