Tis indeed the Pressure regulator, a Bosch or Lucas dealer would be the best place unless anyone on here knows anywhere online to get them.

Fuel piping you can get from any motor factor, just make sure its for Injection systems not Carb, it runs at 3 bar

I don't think theres anything wrong with the regulator, i was gunna change it just to be safe. You can see where the fuel is soaking through the pipe coming from the regulator.

You'll probably find that the leak is either the rubber pipe has deterioated (is it injection spec fuel hose? this withstands a higher pressure than the normal stuff), or the o-ring seal between the regulator and fuel rail has failed. Either will be a lot cheaper to sort out than a new regulator! Personally I've never known one of these Bosch regulators fail.
