If you've loosened both the 11mm nuts off, tap the bolts back through out the way. Then get a hammer and wide cold chisel and hit the collar on the driveshaft to push the bearing out of the alloy housing. If its been there a long time and not been out they can sometimes be tight.

Are you asking how to take linkages off?

If so I use a ball joint splitter either side of the ball and pop them off. Have seen them taken off with a blunt screwdriver from underneath, put it onto the side of the cup and tap with hammer. Prefer to use the splitter as there is no impact to damage the cup.

Suitably sized open ended spanner underneath each joint, lever it off & job done.

Best to replace every time but better still to replace them with a gear rod it from Miles.
