Cti Hub Needs Replacing..

Recommended Posts

Hey guys. After a small meeting between my gf in her CTi and a Tesco kirb it looks like after all the repairwork that's been done we also need a new hub.

Is it a simple case of taking driver and passenger side hubs off my spare 1.9 or can I just do the one side? Will the hubs off a 1.9 fit a cti?

It was originally a 1.6 but now has a 1.9 engine. any advice appreciated.

cheers guys

1.9 hubs will need the 1.9 driveshaft, too. Replace in pairs as they have different track width to the 1.6. Also means you won't need to undo the hub nuts which is a bonus!!!
