Nathan 0 Posted April 29, 2008 At the moment as I've got bucket seats and the rear is dam near impossible to get in, I have removed my rear seats (it also makes life easier moving my mtb and dog around) however I've still got the rear belts in place. If they are fitted they must be tested, and in order to be tested they must be accessible. My Polo failed it's MOT because the tester couldn't easily get into the back to test them due to bucket seats. I would remove them just to be on the safe side!
