suth82 0 Posted April 24, 2008 I have a problem with the inlet manifold for my twin carbs in that it makes the carbs point up at an angle of about 30 degrees, i have heard that weber carbs need to be sitting pretty level in order for the floats to work correctly and i have been experiencing fueling problems. I currently have the cheapo mangaletsi inlet, can anyone reccommend a better inlet for the mi16 which will allow my carbs to sit level? PS - the engine is not tilted. petert 588 Posted April 24, 2008 Cut segments out of the manifold and bend down to get the desired angle. Get someone to TIG it back up and clean up the welds as necessary. A thin cut off disc in a grinder is probably the easiest way.
