Miles 331 1 Cars Posted April 23, 2008 Just knock it out with a thin tube from either end, Done in seconds.
taylorspug 7 Posted April 24, 2008 As above, no puller needed! I can have both inner bearings out of a beam in under 30 seconds. Just knock them both through from one side using a well sized piece of tubing.
dch1950 37 1 Cars Posted April 24, 2008 Hi all, I think the key phrase is "from either end".When I did mine for this years Mot the beam was in in place and I only needed to do one side - hence this simple little puller. I also have a spare beam (from Longun) that I am refurbishing and just used the Arb to knock the inner bearings out from opposite ends of the beam. It's horses for courses. regards Dave
