Ebay, second hand bookshops or charity shops, vintage car shows etc, Haynes stopped printing the Workshop manual a fair whiole ago and replaced it with the Service and repair manual.

I've yet to come across anything that can match the Haynes Workshop manuals for a Peugeot/Citroen.

They will be either CDs with dodgy copies of the haynes manual on them (missing some sections usually), or old copies of the Pug parts catalogue, which you can browse for free by registering a free account at http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/

I bought an old proper Haynes workshop manual off Amazon for a few quid. Doesn't fully cover the phase 2 or 1.9 GTIs though so best solution would be both I reckon.
