Advice On My Current Setup Please.

This is how the car came when i purchased it last year. The setup is great on track but on B roads, it sucks. Hit a small bump and i get tossed accross the road.

The front seems really low, although the back does not look too bad. (Maybe lowered one spline?)

Does any one know how many mm the front is lowered?

If i wanted to put back to standard will i just need some OE springs? Are they hard to fit?

the front does seem a bit too low and the back hasn't been lowered by the looks of it. New springs arn't hard to fit. All you need is a set of spring compressors, Remove the strut, wind them on to the spring, undo the top nut on the strut, remove all of the top mount pieces (keep them in the order they came off) remove old spring, place new spring on and reassemble. Looks to me like the front has been lowered by about 40-50mm. While you're changing the springs, check the condtion of the dampers to see if there is any air in them.
