Problems Replacing 205 Oil Pressure Sensor

Hi ,

I have a problem with the oil pressure sensore on my 205 CTI ( with PAS ) , I have a replacment but does anybody know the was to change this sensor easily , as I have had a look and I cant get a spanner to the base of the sensor to unscrew it from the block , tried to change it when I had the oil filter removed durring the last oil change.

 

Whats the best way around it???

Im not entirely sure which one ur on about...there 2 next to each other on mine...If its the big round sensor which is pretty big. I used a big set of grips (kind you would use to push back caliper pistons)

Use a long screwdriver (or a long bar sharpened to a point) and got at it from the top between the intake runners, just put the point on the body of the sensor and knock it round, you only need to get it to turn about a quarter inch and you can then reach underneath and unscrew it by hand (use the same method to tighten it up as well)
