Avo Coilover Conundrum

Recently aquired a pair of avo coilovers i beleive came off a 206 of some description i was wondering if they would fit my 205..... I am intending to use 309 hubs.can anyone give me any advice?? also i think they maybe need serviced and i i'll need to get new springs for them as one is broken,was wondering what spring rate to buy and how heavy they need to be.....
