Non Starting/running Mi16 On R1 Carbs

Right here goes hope someone can help.

 

I have an mi16 that wont run, Basicaly it fires and just about starts even though it sounds like it is struggling alot but try and rev it and it just cuts out.

 

Its just been put together and its on r1 bike carbs the standard gti loom, ecu and dizzy adaptor.

 

Things i have checked so far.

 

1.There is a spark and the lead order is 1,3,4,2

2.There is fuel to the carbs and is set to 3 psi with two fuel regulators.

3.There is compression all be it i think its quite low around 75 psi possibly because it has not run for a while?

Might sound abit dodgy and completely off topic but do you no Ross Bell?

 

Also what injectors are you useing?

There arnt any injectors as its on carbs which have been jeted for this engine,

 

That depends i know a Mathew bell could Ross be his older brother? I think he races a db7 in some sort of championship?
