16v205 9 Posted April 14, 2008 Hi Are the shims case hardend? Im looking for 5 x 3.35mm to 3.4mm shims but can possibly get 3.55mm ones today. If there not case hardend then ill drop them off at a local engineering shop to grind down, failing that ill have to do it myself somehow maybe oil stone or similar? James_R 3 Posted April 14, 2008 Seem to remeber posts from PumaRacing saying he used to grind his to exact size, so guessing they can be altered.
