Vag Tb To Afm Inlet Pipe

What is this pipe?

is it from a citroen bx, im not sure why I think this but can't search for bx.

Need to indentify it as mine is shot. Sorry no pics as car isnt with me atm.

Errrrrrrr, bit of a vague post!!

 

Are you asking what pipe to use if converting to the bigger VAG throttle body on an Mi?

no :) its already converted.

 

unsure as to what/where the pipe came from.

 

i cant be any more precise other than that I need what ever pipe it is, ill get some pics up next week.

From what I can remember of reading about this a long time ago, you can just use an original 405 Mi pipe. You just need to heat it in hot water and stretch it on to the TB.

If you're running Dino's old engine then I think this VAG mod was done by Hi flow heads.

The 405 mi16 or BX16v induction hose will do the job no problem. The BX item is longer however, so can give AFM & cone filter fitting a bit tricky. I usually cut down the BX hose down to fit it all in.
