Just fitting a gti6 with 6 speed box in 205, ime leaving the 306 pull type clutch. People have said the be1 clucth cable works well and is the right free length etc etc, I have seen be3 ones used spaced out with washers etc but has naybody tried a be1 cable

Think Garry's used the Be1 cable set up on the std clutch, otherwise taylorpug just finished his with the pull clutch, could give him a ring.

Never used a BE1 cable mate. I have done it a few times using the BE3 cable and the ends from another donor cable. You basically end up with a double end on it if you get what I mean, this works out to just the right amount of spacing out.

BE1 cable is different where it meets the clutch pedal It has a different yoke on it so if you plan on using this you will have to fit a pre 89 clutch pedal also
