Would A 307 Gearbox Fit An Xu Block?

As above, would the gearbox from a 307 hdi fit a 205 block? i have no idea whether 307's have be3 boxes or not!

BE4s mostly. Th HDi block is basically a modified XU block, but the angle/bolt pattern is slightly different I think.
