Big End Bearings How To Determine If The Ones On My Car Are Standard

Recommended Posts

mojo1997

I've taken all the big end bearings out of my engine in order to renew....

I was going to buy standard shells as there's no evidence that they have been changed before....

Can anyone verify that the shells I've taken out are standard or not from the photo attached and the numbers below.

Basically on one side of the shell they've got the numbers 3737 with 03-90 under

The opposite side has got the numbers 019 042 on with a symbol above which is two circles (one inside the other) with 4 squares in the shape of a T inside them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated......
