How To Identify 206/406 16" Nimrod Alloy ?

I have got hold of a 16" Nimrod Alloy that I'd like to fit on my 205 but I have no idea whether it came from a 206 or 406.

 

Theres a load of numbers etc printed on the inside but no obvious ET number or anything I can easily identify what model it came from.....

 

Any numbers in particular I should be looking for to help identify its source ??

406 used ET 18, 206 used ET 28.
