I would think the easiest way would be to use a slide hammer with a hook/90 degree end on it. if the bearing is still in one piece it should come out fairly easily Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Pugnut 9 1 Cars Posted April 4, 2008 theres usually naff all wrong with the inner bearings anyway. if you're only doing one side and if the bearing face on the radial shaft looks good , and there no play on the inner bearing when trial fitted i would leave it as is and just give it a good greasing on refitting. if you had the beam out completely and were doing a full refurb then yes. but since you're only doing one side....
