AdamP 0 Posted April 3, 2008 Started the RG up today and noticed two things. 1) there's lots of blue smoke. It has always smoked a bit when revved and was told it was the valve stem seals, but now it's smoking a lot more. Could this just be due to it standing for a while? 2) It's very very tappety, even when it was left run up to temperature it didn't go away. AdamP 0 Posted May 10, 2008 Finally got around to giving the engine a good service and checking the valve clearances. They were all pretty close apart from one.... and inlet valve clearance that I could get a 0.60mm feeler in! Now shes running sweet as anything Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
