Look at the Buzzbox link M@tt posted, although if you can get a copy of Autodata that is better as it shows all the pin data for the ECU, i.e that the VSS is needed.

Sorry Mate, I should have made myself clearer. I'm after the actual circuit diagram of the ECU itself, ie how the components are connected up to each WITHIN the ECU, not the wiring diagram for how the sensors are connected.
