Pug_Power_Dave 0 Posted March 31, 2008 Hi everybody, i need to swap the flywheel on my mi16 as since the diff exploded it's missing a few technical bits, I have another one, but i was wondering if theres a right rotation to put them on, as in if one of the notches is slightly larger indicating the tdc on number one cylinder etc, or whether it doesnt matter and the ecu knows X number of pulses is one rotation! Hope that sort of makes sense Cheers Dave
Alastairh 47 Posted March 31, 2008 They can only go on one way. With location lugs on the crank, and also lugs and threaded holes on one side to mount the clutch plate and cover. Once you get your tools out and look at the unit its self, all will become clear...
