Removing Water Oil Cooler On Mi16?

ok never done this befor as its my first mi16. but i want to remove the oil cooler behind my oil filter. i figured i would do an oil change at the same time as the oil in its like a year old or something and its really black so not good..

 

um has anyone got any pictures of whats behind the oil filter and any advice on how to go about removing it? does it go on the same thred the oil filter would go on if it wasnt there? does it simply just screw off?

 

pictures of being the oil filter would be a really good help if anyone has them since i cant actually find a pic.

 

um i no u have to block the hose off comming from it.

just unscrew hex head fixing holding cooler on , remove cooler then screw filter straight to block

as long as the thred doesnt come out of the block as jonnie said. always happens to me for some reason?!
