oli-pug 6 2 Cars Posted March 27, 2008 I'm not personally using them but I have been in a few different cars running them and they seem quite good. The build quality is good, when it comes to ride quality its down to you choosing the right spring rates and dialling them in well to suit. Which model are you looking at, I think "shiny" is using the variant 2s on his 205. Do a search for him, there might be some comments.
shine 0 Posted March 27, 2008 I've still running with the 8 valve, but I don't think the extra weight of a - engine make much difference, for club/track use. Used them since '04 and no problems. Ok on road, a bit soft for track if you are looking for a dedicated race car. Seems to be well front to rear equal/stabile with 21mm tb and 23 arb. I've done a few races with them and get very pleased lap times. All depends on how race oriented you prefer to be. Full racesetup does not perform good on the road. Banjo 1 Posted March 27, 2008 Do a google search for Weitec coilovers, made by kw but half the price! But as shiny said quite soft for road use, try Gaz there good!
