yeah the dealer, i couldnt find a copy gti 1/4..

dealer charge around £150 for the 1/4.

 

Portsmouth is a bit far for me to go dale cheers tho

Doesn't look to bad mate, i would of welded it across the swage line to prevent it from warping, just make sure you weld the whole of the joint and put plenty of wax oil behind to stop the rust.

 

if you are struggling for studs let me know and i should be able to get some from work as i'm a panel beater in a body shop.

if you weren't to far away mate i would do it for you would onlt take about 6 hours to change.
