barney 0 Posted March 18, 2008 Hi all, Just refitted my engine and missing a few pipes somehow and just wanted to double check where they run. I have outlet on front of manifold free and SAD outlet free as well, take it these 2 are meant to be linked. Also 2 bottom outlets on throttle body free as per picture, where are these ones meant to go to or are they not used? pug_ham 245 3 Cars Posted March 18, 2008 The one next to the pipe you've got fitted (rhs of picture) should also be connected into the cooling system. The smaller one is unused. Although tbh I run mine without those two pipes & have no problem with cold weather. IIRC one runs from the thermostat housing to the throttle body & then from the other offtake to the expansion tank. I just run mine directly to the expansion tank from the thermostat housing. Graham.
