Is It Best To Run The Lower Engine Mount From An Mi16 Or 2.0t

Recommended Posts

Is it best to run the lower engine mount from an Mi16 or a 2.0T on a 2.0 turbo in to 205 conversion? I have both mounts available to me>>>

I think the Mi16 one is more compact but unsure on if it fits or not until I get stuck in..

cheers

i've just put a brand new standard 205 bush on, and it knocked, so i think yes you should use a stiffer bush. there is a thread on here that gives the part number of the diesel bush.

you should use the mount off the xu9, the mount from the turbo doesn't fit in the 205 nor does it fit 205 driveshafts!
