Rear Engine Mount Gti6

Is a lower rear engine mount on a gti6 the same as an 8v mount? the complete aluminium casing where the driveshaft goes through?

 

If I upgrade my 8v mount and then change to gti6 in the future, can I just swap the whole unit over?
