skinner2k3 3 Posted March 10, 2008 I am looking for a outdoor car cover. I only have a single garage and it would be good to dump the track car outside and have space inside. I wouldnt bother but the roof leaks from somewhere and one of the door skins sits about 5mm away from the window so that collects water quite nicely too. I have tried the £10-£15 ones that are far too big and rip the first time you catch them on the wiper arm! How much am I going to have to pay to get one which is relatively well fitting and wont rip? daza4 24 Posted March 10, 2008 I got one from screwfix. But it is a little on the bigger side for the 205. I have it lashed down with bungee cords!!! I had to add a couple of lashing eyes to it but once that was done it is pretty good as it gets pulled pretty tight. might get round one day to adjusting it properly to the car with a couple of pleats and it will fit properly!!!. I was sure I had searched this in the past and found nothing. i got a fleaced lined one form argos, cost me 45 quid, and its ace, the fleace protects the paint and alos it has a handy door zip where you can unzip it to get into car without having to take the cover off. cars sweating underneath i heard can happen...? not sure how.
