Quick Question About Spark Plugs...

As above. This week I brought a lovely low mileage ZX 16v that's great in every way except a hesitation all through the rev range (feels like a 1.1 and throttle response is very 'wooly'). I assume that as it doesn't pick up/clean up delivery at any stage in the rev range it's not an ACAV fault, so plan on checking plugs and coils in that order (apparently only done 2k in last 2 years and hasn't been serviced in that time).

 

I have some brand new plugs sitting waiting to go into the alloy Mi in my 205 project, was hoping I can just pop these in the Citroen to work out if it is a plugs issue or not? Are they the same fitment?

 

Also anyone who's dealt with/solved such a misfire on this engine, I'd be grateful for any wisdom you can share

I believe they may well do the job, whip and old one out and check the code on it.
