Ryan 99 Posted March 6, 2008 I've kept the 1.6 setup (master cylinder, compensator, and pipework) and it's been fine. All you really need for the swap is a pair of 1.9 handbrake cables, and the pipework between the rear calipers and the the rubber hoses round the beam - the 1.6 has hard pipes that go straight into the drums, the 1.9 and 309 have a rubber hose going into the caliper. You might also need to trim off the inner lip on the plastic arch trim if the tyre rubs.
