Standard 1900 Fuel Filter To Mi16 Fuel Rail

Recommended Posts

Stu

After reading C_W's engine fire thread i remembered thinking that the stock 1900 fuel filter banjo is smaller than the rail by a fair amount, is this restrictive?

I also noticed that C_W has now moved his fuel filter and changed to a bigger banjo to prevent any more engine fires, im thinking it might be a good idea to do mine now... :D

So.. what bits do i need to do this? Is there a banjo fitting that fits the stock filter with a larger outlet?

Miles supplies a banjo of the correct size for an Mi16 conversion allowing you to use the correct diameter fuel hose for the MI rail.

I bought one off him some months ago but have not used it yet and won't be as I'm now going to use a 106 filter instead (no banjo required). So if you want it, you can have mine for a few quid.

Coolio, so this fits the stock filter and banjo bolt, but with a larger diameter outlet? If so ill have it mate. You have PM.
