Batfink 201 Posted March 7, 2008 Usually anything for the rallying is way too short for any other use. Most gearsets seem to top out between 90 and 110mph. Certainly my 5 spd straight cut box has to have a standard final drive to make it suitable for circuit use. I gave up on trying to find reasonably priced parts for my gti-6 box and sold it. The 5 speed box was significantly lighter too and a 1/3rd of the price. Speak to Longmans and Peugeot Sport and you should be able to get some advice on parts.
