barney 0 Posted March 3, 2008 Can anybody tell me the damper length measurement for lowering a rear beam with 23mm torsion bars, want the car lower than standard, anybody know a tried and tested height for racing/track day? Just after a base point when I rebuild it really. Cheers, Oli
Anthony 1,003 Posted March 3, 2008 Somewhere around 290-295mm depending how much lower than standard you want it should be in the right ballpark.

yorkshirekowboy 19 1 Cars Posted December 29, 2008 Somewhere around 290-295mm depending how much lower than standard you want it should be in the right ballpark. been reading about ride heights for a 309 beam on 205, and i think the best ride height from bolt centres are 305mm?? Rom 0 Posted December 29, 2008 That equates to about a 30mm drop on a 309 beam i think. Its where ill start when ive rebuilt the beam ive got at work.
