ryangti 0 Posted February 28, 2008 for people who have done this conversion, what inlet manifold did you use? is there any companies that sell off the shelf items, how much are they? ryangti 0 Posted February 28, 2008 thanks for the replies guys, im thinking i could design one myself using CAD software and then give these designs to a local company for them to make it up as im not sure my fabrication skills are up to it. Just wondered if anyone had any tips on the actual design on the tracts (length, angle etc) or is it a case of just basing it on something thats already made. brianthemagical 1 Posted February 29, 2008 (edited) Try and avoid any angles or sharp turns, try and have the tracts rough where ever fuel is present, tract lengths around 350mm i think, depending on engine, a bit of taper is advantageous.
