Webber 45 Conversion On A 1.9 Motronic

I have a 1.9 205 with a motronic system as the car is k plate , what am i to do about wiring the rev counter up ? i know there is a guide in the articles section but i was not sure if this would apply for me ? As that diagram shows wires running to the dizzy which i took a wild guess thinking that is the jetronic management ?

 

as with a rev counter all i understand is that there needs to be a switched live and a negative from the coil ? Or am i wrong ?

 

Also with the SAD do i just take the whole thing off bypassing it , as joining the two pipes in the middle ?
