yeti-dj 7 Posted February 19, 2008 (edited) Hello, has anyone else got really creaky sunvisors on the little 205? Well i may be able to help you, found out today that the visor simply pulls off of the part that your screw to the roof, bit of grease job done, no more sounding like an old door.. Remember when you are putting the part back in that it has to be in the same position as if the visor was up against the roof in the car. Sorry if this is something you guys found out ages ago but its new to me. yeti Edited February 19, 2008 by yeti-dj

steve@cornwall 100 Posted February 20, 2008 You can hear the creaks over the other rattles!? Other rattles? Don't you own a silicone gun?
Simes 248 2 Cars Posted February 20, 2008 I find electrical (PVC) tape works better than grease!
sNaKePiT 1 Posted February 20, 2008 I was under the impression that 205's were just built squeaky!! I've got group N engine mounts on mine, so the whole car when idling is so rattly and creaky. I have found a fix though!! It's "TURN YOUR STEREO UP" :P
DrSarty 90 1 Cars Posted February 20, 2008 Gloat time. My 205 had no scuttle shake, never squeeked and never rattled somehow. Even Maxi said it seemed really well screwed together. The only other 205 I've been in that felt the same was GLPoomobile's old (and moved on) 1.6. Gloat over.
