Cracked Rear Light A Mot Failure?

hi guys, i have a 1990 pug 1.9 and it is nearly ready for the mOT, it has a slight crack in the rear light, it has phase 2 lights BTW, will this fail the MOT?

only if it has sharp edges and you can see white light, bit of waterproof clear tape over it should do the trick to be sure.
