monty69 6 Posted February 17, 2008 Think its an 8v downpipe fitted to manifold, but the flanges are different size, tryed too many sealing rings and have to end up grinding and messing about. What would be needed to fit s16 decat? I had a s16 decat fitted to my 306 s16 and remember having trouble with sealing ring then also, got new ring from pug but decat flange was slightly different. Does s16 decat have splitter allway down pipe? I will be supercharging it later in year so what puts me off 4branch is when engine needs removing it means unbolting it all or dropping all subframe. 205turbo 32 2 Cars Posted February 17, 2008 I've just had that problem with my s16 engine, We found that the exhaust on the car was a non genuine item and had a smaller flange, to get round this we cut the flange off a old s16 downpipe and welded it on. cheers Paul Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
