Hand Brake Sticking When Left For A While

I have noticed that when I leave my 205 parked for a short while (i.e. a few days), when I go to release the handbrake the rear brakes seem to stick to the discs until I apply a bit of power to release them. However once released there does not seem to be an issue of binding or anything.

 

Just wanted to check that this is weather and not caliper related, as soon taking car to channel islands. Discs and pads are all fairly new.

I had this with brand new pads, hasn't happened since they bedded in though.

my car also does this, and i ahve new pads discks regreased calipers, and they doent bother me! has to be a few day though
