cybernck 403 1 Cars Posted February 11, 2008 you need to read out the error code it gives you and then you'll probably find out what's wrong with it .

Rob Turbo 3 Posted February 12, 2008 It can be done with a bit of wire, do a search for motronic fault code read or something and it will show you how, basically you put a wire into the diagnostic plug then put the ignition on and earth the wire then the k light will flash the code out

cybernck 403 1 Cars Posted February 16, 2008 cool... but have you tried the original ECU now you've sorted it out, to check if the ECU was the fault?

cybernck 403 1 Cars Posted February 17, 2008 oh well, maybe someone has "chipped" it in the past and eprom checksum is not 100% right. that's unless it started showing error coded only recently which would mean it's simply buggered .
