My Rebuilt Mi Engine! Water In Oil! + Over Heating!

Ps whizzer, i havent checked the pulley splines yet as they were fine when i rebuilt them.

 

You cant get the cams back to front as the front cam has a cut out in the end of it for the rotor arm adaptor to locate in whereas the exhaust cam merely has a shaft on the end of it with a threaded hole for the Pas pulley.

 

Check those cam pulleys and dont take it for granted that if they were ok when you assmebled it they will be ok now,you gotta go back to basics and work your way forwards.
