Probably best to give Andy a call to see exactly but probably one of the following:

either std Be ratios (1.9 or 1.6) with a 4.8 cwp - used in the std 1.6 challenge

or the Quaiffe close ratio hybrid box used in the 1.9 challeneg - think this would probably have the 4.8cwp as well

Hope this helps

Rich

Depends on the cost. I just run a standard 1.6 box in my 170bhp Visa. 1st gear is a little low but then I have 13" wheels. May be cheaper to get a 1.9 8v box and a 4.4cwp from a Mi16 and have some rebuild it, that will give you the best gearing with a low enough top end and a long first for the starts

thats the one, they stated it was from yukspeed who show no parts for pugs either. the seller doesn't know what spec the ratios are either 1600 or 1900 but i think it's too far for me to travel on a hope

I sent him a question thorugh ebay about this to ask if the diff had been sold with the crown wheel still attached & if no what numbers were stamped into the crown wheel but he hasn't replied so I didn't bid.

I spoke to him last week about his 83.5mm pistons & liners but that was only a bare block with the pistons, liners & a water pump but no crank or rods so I left that as well.

Graahm.
